Cancellation Policy

At Cloud Nine Esthetics, your time is valuable—and so is ours. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, please review our cancellation policy: 🕒 Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients. 💳 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 20% charge of the scheduled service. 🚫 No-Shows: No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require a deposit for future bookings.
